Can I bring my significant ​other or any guests?

Kindly note the ALLURE 2024 Trip is for ​qualifiers only and your invitation is non-​transferrable.

How will we get from the ​airport to the hotel?

All guests travelling to Turks & Caicos between ​October 28th-31st with our group block will ​have their round-trip transportation pre-​arranged.

Kindly note guests will be responsible for their ​own transportation to and from Toronto ​Pearson Airport (YYZ), as well as any flight that ​differ from the above-noted group block.

What will I need to book ​myself?

Our group flight block, accommodations, ​transportation, and activities taking place from ​October 28-31 have been pre-arranged as per ​the above agenda.

If you wish to participate in any activities during ​leisure time, you will need to arrange these on ​your own.

Do I need a VISA?

Depending on your passport country of origin, ​you may need a VISA.

• Canadian Citizens: Do not need a VISA for ​stays up to 90 days.
  
• Nationals from some countries may require ​a VISA. If you do not have a Canadian ​passport please reach out to an EMBLEM ​representative.
  

Is the hotel all-inclusive?

No, the Wymara Resort is not an all-inclusive ​hotel. Guests will be asked to put down a credit ​card upon check-in for all incidentals outside ​of those pre-arranged by EMBLEM.

This may include but is not limited to: any ​additional spa treatments, products purchased ​at the boutique, room service, food & drinks ​outside of our organized meals, etc.

Do I need a plug adaptor?

You will not need a power adapter for the ​Turks and Caicos Islands.

Both Canada and the Turks and Caicos Islands ​use the same electrical standard.
